What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is FREE anywhere in the United States!!! Shipping to Canada is $14.99 per pair, and everywhere else in the world is $39.80 per pair!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Money Orders, Personal Checks and Google Checkout.
What is your return Policy?
We have a 30 days no questions asked refund policy. We will provide a full refund for your purchase.
How do I make a return?
Simply mail the shoes back and include a note inside indicating you would like a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all over the world.
What is the checkout process?
Once you have items in your shopping cart and you are done shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. If you are a registered user, sign in to proceed with checkout. Once you are past the sign in page, you will provide your billing information, whether you want to pay with a credit card or check, and your shipping information. You will then be presented with a preview of your order. If everything looks correct, click the "Place Your Order" button and print the receipt that appears. A copy of the receipt is emailed to you as well.
Why is checkout asking me to sign in?
For security purposes, checkout will always ask you to sign in when making a purchase. If you leave checkout at any time, you will be asked to sign in again when you return.
Why is checkout asking me to sign in when I'm already signed in?
Checkout has higher than average security since it is handling financial information. Part of the extra security requires you to sign in whenever you first arrive at checkout, even if you are already signed in. If you leave checkout then come back, you are required to sign in again.
Is my billing information secure?
Yes. All your information during checkout is secured with SSL using strong 128 bit, 56 bit or 40 bit encryption depending upon your browsers capability. SSL encrypts all the information exchanged between you and best brands 4 less while in transit, which means that personal information and credit card details cannot be viewed by outside parties.
Postal codes don't apply to my country. What do I enter in the postal code field?
If a postal code does not apply to your country, please leave the postal code field blank.
Why is a phone number required?
When using a credit card, your phone number is required for credit card validation reasons. If there are problems with your credit card, you may receive a call regarding any issues. Your phone number is also another way the seller can contact you, if needed, concerning your order.
How do I make changes to my billing or shipping information?
If you are previewing your order, you can change your billing and shipping information by clicking the "Change" button located near the top of the preview page. If you order has already been completed, you can not change your billing and shipping information.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is charged only when your order has been accepted or when you checkout.
How long does it take until I receive my order?
Typically we send packages out Monday-Friday. Often times your shoes are sent out within one day of when you placed the order. Most packages are sent USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive.
What happens if I don't receive my order?

Why would I ever need to sign out?
When you are done using best brands 4 less, it is important that you sign out so that no one else can use your account from your computer. Just closing your browser may not always be enough. Be sure to click the "Sign Out" link to ensure that you are totally signed out.
I was signed in but then all of the sudden I wasn't; what happened?
For security purposes, if you are inactive for 30 minutes, then you are automatically signed out. This prevents other people from accessing your account from your computer if you have stepped away for awhile. The term "inactive" means that you haven't visited a best brands 4 less page in the last 30 minutes.
